Dominick is 8 Months Old Today! Sniffle, Sniffle

I am super sad because Dominick is 8 months old today and not home. But on the other hand, I have heard some speculation that my case should be out within 1-2 weeks, if not sooner. That is only speculation, there is NO way to know for sure. Thank you all for your prayers and encouragement. It means so much to me. I know when Dominick is home, this will all be over and I won't care about the long and frustrating wait.

Whatever the reason for the delay in bringing Dominick home is...I know that I have been doing a lot of praying. God's timing is certainly not our timing.
"Now faith is the substance of things hoped for,the evidence of things not seen." Hebrews 11:1
You will be getting that phone call very soon, saying you are out of PGN.
I love you and I am so proud of you.

Love,
Mom

Hang in there! Your Mom is right. His timing is perfect- much more perfect than ours. Dominick will be home soon! We're all praying for you!

You are doing awesome. It certainly can't be too much longer! Lots of prayers are coming from my end too.
I love you,

I know this is hard for you, Lynn, but your attitude throughout has been amazing. You're so positive, and your love for Dominick just shines in all of your posts. You are such a wonderful mother to him already. I can't wait for you to have your precious boy home. Happy 8 months to your chunk!

Love,
Betsy

John-Bryan turned 10 months old the same day. I did not go through the long PGN wait you are in so I am not going to say I know how you feel because I don't. But I do know that this is probably the most difficult time of your life. I will tell you that my adoption was harder than any of my pregnancies. I am praying for you and for your case. I am also praying that God will hold Dominick in the palm of his hand until you can hold him in your arms for good!I stand with you and beside you in your fight of faith to bring your "Chunky monkey" home!! We look forward to hearing good news soon:)
