I've been trying to upload pictures since yesterday and this site isn't letting me do it. Anyway, Dominick is now loving his Dada. I was rocking Dominick and Mickey (the dog) when Jon came home from work yesterday and picked Dominick up to kiss him. When he tried to give Dominick back to me, Dominick started crying. He wanted to stay in his Dada's arms, we couldn't believe it. Then after a fun evening of passing out Halloween candy, I was having a hard time getting Dominick to fall asleep. Jon finally started rocking him and bam, HE FELL ASLEEP! This was the first time Jon was able to get him to sleep. I know it must make Jon feel so good that Dominick is now showing his Dada some lovin'. And it makes Mama feel very good to be able to pass him off and get some things done around the house.

Dominick and I are leaving tomorrow to go to my parents' house in Slidell and visit some friends, so I may not be able to post until Monday when we return. I will try to post while I'm there but I must say, once my mom and I start yapping, next thing I know it is Sunday and time to go home.

One more thing, Dominick is still going the WHOLE day without a nap. He's usually not too fussy so I can somewhat deal with this no napping situation. But my mother-in-law stopped by today and decided she was going to rock him to sleep. I thought awesome if it works, but I highly doubt this child will fall asleep. Well, HE DID!!! I couldn't believe it. He is napping as I type this- HOOORRAAAAAAYY!!!
