Dominick had his first trip to a street fair and his first experience eating Cotton-Candy!!! He loved it!
He had quite a mess on his hands and face and Momma was paranoid it would get on his stroller. Momma rarely (never) lets her boy have fun with his food and make a mess like this. But regardless, this little man loooooves fun!!!
This is my oldest brother Steve. I was finally able to ask him in person to be Dominick's Godfather. My side of the family has strong Cajun-French roots and we call our godmothers and godfathers Nanny & Parreh (sp?) So we were trying to decide what Dominick would call my brother, his Godfather, and we decided to incorporate Dominick's heritage and use the spanish word for uncle, which is Tio. So he will call my brother Tio.
So this is why my Momma bought me those motorcyle boots. Wow, I really like my Paw Paw's bike. I like to stand next to it and look at my reflection in the shiny metal. (yes, someone was holding Dominick's leg on the other side of this bike)

Okay, I know I wrote that Dominick loves fun (which is dumb, who doesn't love fun). But I meant to say he loves food.

Since you indicated you weren't sure of the spelling, a fellow Louisianian thought she might help. The spelling is "parrain." You may want to check this out.
